Media Buyer OS ("we", "us", or "our") provides an advertising analytics and campaign-management application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password or sign-in credentials from an identity provider.

Advertising account data. When you connect an advertising platform account (for example, Google Ads or Meta Ads), you authorize us to access data from that account through the platform's official API. This may include account identifiers, campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword settings, budgets and bids, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions. We access only the scopes you grant during authorization.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, actions taken, browser type, device type, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Communications. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying analytics and executing campaign changes you request.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To send service notifications, alerts you configure, and responses to your requests.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information or your advertising account data. We do not use advertising account data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

3. Google API Services and Limited Use

Media Buyer OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you, and we do not use it for serving advertisements or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

4. How we share information

• Service providers. We use third-party vendors for hosting, databases, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. They process data only on our instructions.
• Advertising platforms. When you make a change in the Service, we send that change to the relevant advertising platform through its API.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Media Buyer OS, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will notify you.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Advertising account data is stored for as long as the connection remains active and for a limited period afterward to support reporting history. You can disconnect an advertising account at any time from within the Service, and we will delete the associated stored data within 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can revoke our access to a connected advertising account at any time in the Service or through the platform's account permissions page (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions). 8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
