Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Media Buyer OS application and website (the "Service") operated by Media Buyer OS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Media Buyer OS is an advertising analytics and campaign-management application. It connects to third-party advertising platforms through their official APIs to display performance data and to make changes to campaigns that you request.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Connected advertising accounts

By connecting an advertising account you represent that you are authorized to access and manage that account. You are solely responsible for any changes made to your advertising accounts through the Service, including budget and bid changes and their resulting costs. We do not control advertising platform billing, policies, or approvals.

4. Third-party platforms

Your use of advertising platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Google Ads Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy where applicable. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with the Service's operation; reverse engineer or copy the Service; or use the Service to violate any advertising platform's policies.

6. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Media Buyer OS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that analytics are error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that using the Service will improve advertising results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Buyer OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, advertising spend, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY].
